Project Overview
This patio had become worn and dangerously slippery due to persistent drainage issues, as evident in the before photos. To address this, we installed ACO drains and corrected the slope of the patio to ensure proper water flow.
The outdated paving was replaced with fresh Storm Grey Indian sandstone paving for a modern and durable finish.
The upper patio also required levelling and expansion, so we constructed a brick retaining wall and ensured the new slabs had the correct gradient.
Additionally, the new paving was extended around the side of the property, along with two pathways at the front for a seamless look.
