Project Overview
This customer in Hedge End wanted to expand their driveway to accommodate three cars, as their daughter had recently passed her driving test. They also sought to modernise the front of their property for a fresh, contemporary look.
As part of the redesign, we replaced the existing steps leading to the front door, which were encroaching on the current driveway. For the driveway, we used Marshalls’ new range of ‘Lunar’ block paving, a premium product known for its innovative design. This hard-wearing, long-lasting paving combines natural aggregates on the surface, creating a stunning, vibrant finish with a hint of sparkle.
Our team began by excavating the driveway and constructing a new brick retaining wall leading to the entrance. The steps were upgraded with ‘Arrento’ porcelain in a sleek charcoal finish, giving the property a more modern aesthetic.
To complete the transformation, we laid the ‘Lunar’ block paving in the ‘Shadow’ color, adding a contrasting ‘Ice’ block for the edging, resulting in a stylish and functional driveway.
