Project Overview
Upon acquiring their property, our client envisioned a modern garden ideal for social gatherings. However, the existing space was far from functional, with a lawn overrun by weeds and a patio that was dated and discolored.
Their vision included a spacious, usable lawn, a cozy seating area with a fire pit, a sleek porcelain patio, and ample bed space for planting. To bring this to life, we installed Marshalls Symphony porcelain paving, enhanced with matching bullnose coping stones for a clean, sophisticated look.
We replaced the unusable lawn with high-quality Namgrass artificial turf, ensuring a low-maintenance, evergreen lawn. Raised plant beds were strategically placed throughout the garden, and we built a rendered seating area featuring an integrated fire pit, bordered by surrounding plant beds for added greenery.
To complete the transformation, we designed a tailored planting schedule and finished the remaining areas with decorative stone and gazing ball garden statues, adding elegant finishing touches to this modern outdoor space.
